sounds to me that Marty the chef baited everyone to click his bogus links? I am not sure what Y'all do with pork chops, but grilling them and brushing with your favorite barbecue sauce is good, also marinating them in Stubbs Pork Marinade is Really good! I also like to coat them in Grated Parmesan cheese and either pan fry them or bake them. It gives them a Great Nutty flavor!
