View Full Version : Something healthy for the winter: Spinach and roasted tomato salad

I know its cold and nobody feels in the mood for eating healthy salads, but this is something nice which I thought someone might enjoy
Method: Roast a handful of cherry tomatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with a little olive oil and season. Roast them until tomatoes start to burst open. Blanch a packet of green beans in boiling water. Toss everything together with a big handful of baby spinach and rocket leaves. Add a can of tuna, some black olives and sprinkle some seeds and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

It’s worth a try! :p

Another one, how to get an apple into your mouth (I hate apples but I know they are so good for you) Eat it with greek jogurt. It's fab!!!
