Well, I joined months ago and promptly had a hard drive crash and lost my link.
Have rediscovered cookingforums and am glad to be here.
I am an avid home cook who likes to dabble in Asian cusine, and has a great recipe for homemade kimchee, hence my user name. It's funny how addicting "rotten cabbage" can be, haha!
Course, being a red blooded American male, I also like to grill. Maybe I should have been Grillchee ;)
