Hello everyone. I am new to this forum, or any other forum for that matter. You can read my bio page for a little information about me. I write a cooking column for Examiner.com. I will be posting my articles here for you to read if you so choose. I will not spam this site. My emphasis is in Cajun cooking, but I was also formally trained in Classic French and Italian techniques as well.
