I found this recipe in a free recipes (http://www.recipebuddys.com) site I prefer to take recipes from forums but this time I take my risk and I love them, you can find pictures in the site. Well I hope you like them too.

Pudding Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
half cup sugar
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant pudding, any flavor
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. (12 oz.) mini morsels

Directions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Beat butter, sugars, pudding mix, and vanilla in large bowl until well blended. Add eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour and baking soda, beating until well blended. Stir in mini morsels. Drop dough by teasponfuls, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
Bake at 375F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets. Cool on wire racks.

I'll have to try the pudding cookie thing, sounds great.
Do they come out very moist?

One thing about that recipe makes me curious. There's no other liquid than eggs. Are you sure there isn't some milk or other moisture in there to act with the dry pudding mix?

Oh my gosh! These sounded so amazing. I just made them, and they're even more amazing than I thought they would be. They just might be the best cookies I've ever made/eaten in my entire life. <3

To ChefToddMohr: In a recipe like this, the butter once softened and mixed in acts as the liquid that you see as missing.

It's really sounds great and it is so easy to make. Surely i'll try this today.
