Ladies and gentlemen. Introducing myself here.
Not a professional chef or anything... But I probably do cook more than most people do (probably because I need something to occupy my time and it tastes good) I don't do anything really fancy but I make all my own bread, sausage, and stock. There's a big international market where I go sometimes and buy exotic meats (so far I've had eel, antelope, alligator, elk, and kangaroo.)
