Hi there! I live in London, just joined the site and I'm extremely excited to read all the threads and start posting myself. :D
I obviously love to cook BUT I must admit I am not a big fan of people hovering over me when I do. I like taking my time, playing with ingredients and creating a meal from start to presentation.
But I can't do this everyday though - it's tiring :p
