Goulosh!!

id like to hear some ppls ingredients for ghoulosh.heres mine:
onion
mushrooms
salt n pepper
yellow and red and orange peppers
hamburger(sometimes sausage as well)
elbow macoroni

when its done ill put shredded cheddar on top when ready to serve!!

tomato paste
onion
Hungarian sweet paprika
sour cream
beef stock
served over egg noodles

This is what I think of when I think of goulash, a Hungarian style.

My version of it is;

Hamburg
Onions, Green pepper & celery
Chopped Garlic or Garlic Powder
Tomato Paste
Kidney Beans
Water
Rice
Seasonings to taste.

This is an old school recipe passed down from our mom, which she had started and used to make at least once a week. We all LOVE it, and some of use STILL do it today!! I just made some the other day, and I'm finishing the last of it!

Hamburger, onion, garlic, green pepper, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning for the tomato product plus pepper. And large shells for the pasta. In school it was elbow, but my mother always used shells.
