Things that are easy.
Stress-free life.
Movies & TV.
Computers that are new, fast and up to date.
Low-sodium foods.
Tutoring & Mentoring Children.
Drink socially.
Walking for exercise.
Friends who are kind and considerate.

Hates:

Extremely loud music.
Foods that are too salty & too sweet.
Stress.
Cigarette Smoking.
Cyberhackers, Career Criminal Frankenstiens & Internet Schoolyard Bullies.
Bitterly Cold Weather.
Being too hot or too cold.
Arguing.
Disrespectful & obnoxious people.
Cigarette Smoke.
Being back-talked, disrespeted, embarrassed, humiliated, alienated and beat up on by Children.
Old computers that are ancient, obsolete, outdated and way too painfully friggen slow!! Especially when surfing the Web!!

I think Stress-free life is the core of the living pleasure. If you are stress free, you can enjoy every other thing otherwise, only assets and good balance can't give you real pleasure.

Also, I like calming relaxing music like classic, jazz, R&B, soft music that has background sound effects such as wind, trees being blown by a gentle breeze and a waterfall or seagulls on the beach.

I love the sounds of seagulls on the beach too... especially when you feed them alkaceltzar tablets. ;)
