I love all soups, especially lots of veggies. Here lately I bought a hand held immersion blender and have been Creaming everything in site.Thinking about looking for a pumkin soup recipe for Halloween/Thanksgiving.

Who else? I know we have Vegan's in the group, how about some hints using tofu?
