Hello all you foodies,
Looking forward to getting into all sorts of cool cooking and foodular conversations. I'm a keen cook, who shuns recipes - because my brain doesn't work like - and so loves to experiment and learn the feel of a dish rather than learn the instructions.
I get surprised that so many people aren't confident in the kitchen and so I like getting cookophobes involved and showing them how easy it can be. I like it so much I decided to start my own party catering company....
