I envy you - Japan is such a wonderful place!

I am trying to eat at all of the Japanese restaurants in Melbourne to see which is the best, although I must admit, I am pretty partial to Wagamama!

Hi Marya, my wife and I are new to this site as well. We also look forward to meeting new people and exchanging ideas. we love Japanese food but unfortunately our experiences are limited. Maybe you have some simple dishes to get us started???
