Hello & Welcome although we are also new to this forum. As for pasta & sauce combos can you go wrong? From your website I imagine you have some delicious spag. sauces!! Always a favorite as are the parmesan sauces and lasagna. We have a recipe for beef tips that we favor doing over pasta. I realize these are not just sauces but then pasta goes so well with so many things. I was really disappointed when they started calling alfredo sauce "heart attack on a plate"! Don't know that we answered you specifically but thinking of all these dishes has made the dinner menu a more difficult choice now. We'll have to check out your recipes. We enjoy good marinara sauces and find many uses so we generally make enough to use for more than one dish.

I love a meat sauce or marinara on half of the pasta and alfredo on the other, I love how the flavors mix well together.
I very much like vodka sauce as well especially on gnocchi.

Don't think I've ever cooked anything with vodka.

I like vodka sauce too, simply tomato sauce+vodka+splash of heavy cream.
But I like creamy sauce pasta dish more than tomato based sauce dish such as carbonara,Alfredo fettuccine..
If not,I like Marasara wine sauce. I don't drink, but I use lots of alcohol or liqueur in dishes.

Corgilover has it right.
Just take your favorite marinara sauce add a bit of vodka, maybe 1/4-1/2 cup per quart and add some heavy cream until you like the look and taste of it, start with a 1/4 cup and go from there.
Even though vodka has very little flavor, it does something to the sauce, giving it a nice different flavor.

I just tried a new sauce today and it came out really nice:
I fried a chopped onion and a bit of crushed chili, added two cans of shredded tuna and a tin of coconut milk mixed with two eggs. It went nicely quick, within half an hour I was done.
Greetings to all pasta lovers!

I personally like typical mayo ketchup sauce with pasta. I make this sauce very often and also add some extra flavor like hot sauce and Tabasco which really enhances the flavor.
