Favorite spice is cumin. Smokey deep reminds me of mediteranean somehow.
Favorite herb is basil. It comes in so many flavors like chocolate/cinnamon/lemon lime/pineapple/vanilla also it can grow fat or tiny bushy or tree like and basically reminds me if black licorice.

I am going to pick red pepper flakes, and parsley:)
It's really hard to choose though. I picked red pepper flakes because I like how they make things "zesty", and parsley because it's so versetile.

someday I'll figure out why people like parsley so much. I just don't get it. Although because I'm supposed to use it a lot and like it a lot I have it growing all over our yard. Plentiful too, now if only my cilantro or various basils were as apt to grow as healthy I'd be thrilled. My 3 varieties of oregano are also strong as bricks. Plus the bees love that oregano.

I like pink peppercorn a lot. I also like smoked salt. Although I don't use these as much they definitely have a place in my kitchen.
I also love the combination of lemon and rosemerry; even as a lemonade it tastes delicious!

I love fresh dill and use it, when I am cooking rice. It gives rice a wonderful aroma and tastes great.
