Hi Everyone,
Just stopping by to introduce myself -- I just registered on the forum and am looking forward to getting to know many of you. I love to collect recipes, chat about food and preparation, new gadgets, cooking techniques, and make new foodie friends.
I use to cook quite a bit, but now I am just renting a room in a lovely house with two other people so I don't make a lot of elaborate mails any more. I have access to a beautiful gourmet kitchen, so I do have access to anything I need should the desire to stay in the kitchen to whip up something special.
I have not taken a good look around the community yet, but what I have checked out so far seems wonderful and will take the opportunity to explore the forum more during the long Memorial Day weekend.
I hope to get to know many of you and look forward to sharing recipes and making new friends here.
