Tomorrow is my Anniversary

I am looking for some of your favorite recipes that you make for your better half/other half on those special days. We love salmon, he loves shrimp, crab, chicken, beef, and bacon is his ultimate favorite. LOL. he is also a soup lover and loves veggies. So Please give me some ideas and maybe you can help someone else at the same time too. Thanks in Advance

I don't have a specific recipe in mind but how about a multi-course meal something like this:

a green salad to start
followed by a sea food pasta of some kind (shrimp maybe), with garlic bread
and some thing special for dessert (one of his favourites)

How about grilled or broiled scallops wrapped in bacon with some nice salad greens and some fresh bread of some sort? Its tasty not to fancy and simple. oh yes don't forget your glass of wine!

Last year i prepared this dish for my 35th anniversary .. you can also try
Chicken with Spinach and Mushrooms would be an excellent dish for the Anniversary Party. To make this recipe, you would need eight ounces of boneless skinless chicken breasts, four ounces of mushrooms, quartered two green onions, one cup grape tomatoes, half cup of white wine, half lemon, juice and zest of three garlic cloves, one pound sliced spinach, about two teaspoons of parmesan cheese and fresh grated salt pepper. These are the ingredients that you are going to need to prepare the main dish.

these were all GREAT ideas. but hubby actually asked for an old fashioned home style meal. So I gave him a choice and he chose (of all things) Hamburger gravy. LOL But thank you so much for the suggestions.
