I grew up in CA. On Friday nights my parents would take us out for dinner. I would love to order chili rellenos? when we would go to a Mexican rest. Now grown I would love the make the sauce that goes over them. I know it is kind of transparent with onion, tomato, and I don't know what else I just know I love it and have tried for years to find how to make it or even what it is called. Any help for me
