This method is guaranteed to work. If you want to stop eating bad food, you need to realize that deep down in your unconscious you're not truly accepting this food as bad for you. You're thinking: junk food = great pleasure. What you need to be thinking of is: junk food = hazardous to my organism. Make a conscious and deliberate effort to re-wire your thinking on the matter. Then, if you're like me, you will walk into a donut shop and see an array of poisonous offering, not tasty treats.
Bottom line: unless you change how you perceive junk food -- on a deep psychological level -- you will continue to eat it because you'll eventually give into you desires. You need to work to channel that desire towards other effort, like keeping your body healthy.
With this technique plus exercise, I lost 65lbs in 4 months and kept it off for 4 years.
