Hello all, I'm new here.... duh! I chose Jalapeno for my forum name as I tend to like the hot and spicy things.

I see some familiar names here. I like to cook (home style). It is something I enjoy and I love trying new things.

Anyhow, it is great to meet yall!

WELCOME JALAPENO, I too love spicy food. I have to have, at least one chili a day with my food. If I don't it feels like I haven't had a proper meal.

I am also from Texas! A little ways north of Houston.
And I'm also new here. Maybe we'll "grow up" on this board together. Ha!
