I'm thinking about buying the above food mixer, however, it is quite expensive (approx £320).If anybody has one, is it worth the money ?

I have a Kitchen Aid Accolade and it works like a charm for me. I don't think you have to buy top of the line to get a good KA mixer. Not sure what pounds translates to dollars but I paid 429.00 plus the attachements for mine.
BTW, Cornish pasties are one of my favorite things in this whole world. I think I love you. :D:D:D

Usually, all K'Aid Stand Mixers have an excellent track record.
You should get great reliable service with whichever one that you buy.
I've had my K-45SS for well over 22 years, and it's still going just as strong as ever! The newer K-5SS I've had for 3 years now, and it still works great as well!
Had a terrible encounter with that ill-fated grinder attachment though, but the machine showed its resillence and has bounced back from the brink of death.
Here in America, the Artisan and the K-5SS (now the KSM-500) cost about the same; $300.00. They both have powerful 325-watt motors, so power is not compromised between the two.
The only difference lies in the use of the water jacket. The K-5SS and KSM-500 can use it while the Artisan cannot. Because the K-5SS & KSM-500 look very identical to each other and are both bowl-lift models in which the hooks of the jater jacket are hung on the stubs on the lift yoke when the bowl is raised to the mixing position.
This allows the user to mix things like whipped cream and keep it cold with ice below, or mix something to be kept warm or hot like chocolate with warm or hot water below.
We only have blender, and it's very useful to us. We're going to buy a stand mixer tomorrow what brand do you think is good to use?

Start off with a K'Aid Stand Mixer.
There are many models in the tilt-head fashion.
