Making cookies and Im stuck...

Triple Chocolate Cookies recipe calls for coffee powder to dissolve in vanilla. What kind of coffee do I buy, I've never heard of coffee powder? Thanks

My guess is that it is refering to an instant coffee, but usually the "powdered" types have some kind of flavor. You know like those one-serving vanilla coffee or mocha drinks. That's the only kid of "coffee powder" I can think of. A mocha coffee mix would probably taste good in the recipe.
