Hi
I've got a great recipe for Paella. I visit Spain two or three time a year, as family & friends live over there. Are you looking for something specific?

Yep, I got one. It's called Gallina Blanca (http://www.gallinablanca.es)
But for specific regional food go here (http://www.gallinablanca.es/recetas/Cocina_regional/default.aspx), it's inside the same web.
Believe me, I'm Spanish and I use this web. There's a lot of Paella recipes, gazpacho, tortilla de patata, and much more like Pulpo a la gallega.

I usually don't follow a recipe for Spanish dishes. I just invent them in my head and whatever comes to mind, I make it Spanish-style.
