i was wondering if you guys have heard of this:
i needed to come up with a new food mixing two cultures together...a new food that hasn't been available on the market so i was thinking...what do you guys think about this concoction - it's a mix between chinese and italian....it's a take on the dumpling but the dumpling skin will be made of sweet potatoes while the filling is a quinoa risotto of some sort (cheese, ham??) so..have you guys heard of this? thanks so it's a risotto dumpling
