As I stated in my blog, if I had to pick only one food group it would be pasta. I LOVE pasta in any shape or form and have made some fantastic sauces. Everything else comes in a close second. I don't think there is anything I don't like to eat.

Well my first thought really isn't fair, it's sushi, but I can't narrow it down any more ingredient wise, because I've had/made so many great rolls.
Some honorable mentions: cheesecake, ice cream, chocolate chip cookies, zucchini, a nice cold apple, bananas, my apricot chops, mashed potatoes and gravy, and the spinach lasagna that the cafeteria makes at the hospital that I work at. (Who knew a hospital's food would get an honorable mention!)
But there are many many more that I enjoy.
As I stated in my blog, if I had to pick only one food group it would be pasta. I LOVE pasta in any shape or form and have made some fantastic sauces. Everything else comes in a close second. I don't think there is anything I don't like to eat.
I would have to agree with you there. I work in an Italian restaurant and I absolutely love all the pastas they have. The creamy, garlic ones are my favourite such as bosciola and cabonara. :D YUM!

I love a Prawn Vindaloo
Very tasty prawn preparation - could be eaten with plain steamed rice - no need for any accompaniment
Ingredients
½ kg Prawns – shelled/de veined/washed & drained.
Grind to a smooth paste:
1” pc Ginger; 6-8 pods of garlic; ¼ tspn. Jeera; Vinegar 2 –3 tbspns; Keep aside.
Grind to a smooth paste separately the prawns heads after washing well. Wash the mixie jar & keep the water for cooking.
Onions-1 Big finely sliced; 2 big tomatoes finely sliced; A sprig of Curry leaves; Salt to taste; Chillie powder – ½ Tbspn.; Turmeric Pwd – ¼ tspn; Kashmiri Chillie pwd – ½ tbspn; Oil 4-6 tbspns.
For Garnishing: Chopped Coriander leaves- 1tbspn.
Preparation
Put a vessel on fire – add oil, when oil is hot add the onions & curry leaves & fry till onions are brown, lower heat add the Ginger/Garlic/Jeera paste - mix well & fry for 2-3 mins till oil comes on top - now add the Chilli pwd/Kashmiri Chilli pwd/ Turmeric pwd/Salt & continue to fry for a further 2-3 mins. using a little of the masala water which you washed the jar - this is to avoid burning – add the chopped tomatoes & continue to fry till soft – add the ground prawn heads, prawns & the remaining of the masala water – mix well ,cover & cook for 5-7 mins – open lid, mix well – allow the gravy to thicken if necessary – remove from heat & garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Since Tyler fixed the board so that they (new members) can't post spamming links in their sigs until they reach 100 posts, they are now trying to skirt around that by posting spamming links right within their posts. At the bottom, as though it's a sig there.

One of my favorite snacks is pretzels. Now I love dipping my pretzels, however I would never attempt to make anything because I am not the best cook in the world. A great solution I found to my salty addiction is Dean’s® Dip.
I’m writing you today on behalf of Dean’s® Dip and their brand new pretzel dips Cheddar Cheese and Honey Mustard. High in flavor but low in calories, these tasty dips are the perfect partner for all kinds of pretzels.
For some great recipes and snack ideas for your next get together, visit the Dean's Dip (http://ycin.net/ct.php?ctaid=923) site.

Awww come on Mike. LOL I spend the summer in my RV in Traverse City, and I make great pizza every couple of weeks in my Cuisinart Toaster oven in my 10 inch cast iron skillet. The crust is crispy (ok not as crispy as with a pizza stone) and golden brown. The top is sizzling and the pizza is awesome. :p
Preheat the skillet on the stove, place the dough in, stretch to the ends of the skillet and top it; then into the toaster oven at 450 for about 8-12 minutes depending on the toppings. Gotta have my pizza fix. :D
