I volunteered to make mango pie for thanksgiving dinner (we usually have a little untraditional meal). It was really hard to find a recipe that wasn't too complicated. Anyway, I posted some pictures on my blog (http://editedtales.blogspot.com) and a link to where I found the recipe too.
Here is an abridged version of it:
Pie filling:
Mango pulp - 2 cups
2 eggs
1/2 cream cheese block
2 tbsp cool whip
Sugar -3 tbsp
I made the crust from crushed graham crackers, but you can buy it too. Mix all the pie filling stuff together and bake for atleast 45-50 minutes at 350.
(Sorry, I suck at writing recipes!)
