I had a dinner party this weekend and wanted to try out a new recipe. I found a great one! Great favor and easy to make!:)
Garlicky Appetizer Shrimp Scampi
Prep Time: 20 min
Cook Time: 5 min
Ingredients
1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Scampi Sauce
1/2 cup Crosse & Blackwell® Zesty Shrimp Sauce
2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chives, minced
1 teaspoon oil
Directions
1. Preheat grill to high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, paprika, salt, pepper, chives and Scampi Sauce; cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
3. Lightly oil your grill grate.
4. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side, or until opaque.
5. Remove from grill and serve immediately with Shrimp Sauce.
