There are very few cooking shows I really like and very few TV cooks I like ;
Why do I watch? NOT for recipes but to be entertained and for tricks and technique..
I really enjoyed Paul Floyd
Never missed Two Fat Ladies
Currently, I watch one show
"The Cook and the Chef"
"The Cook" is Maggie Beer,a fantastic self taught cook,who ran one of the best restaurants in the state "The Pheasant Farm".
"The Chef" is Simon Bryant, a working restaurant chef.
I've posted a link to her site for information, (I have no connection what so ever) Maggie is local, here in SOUTH AUSTRALIA
