Green Peppers

How do you make green peppers? Anything you put in it to make it taste better?

Green peppers are a vegetable! You don't make them :) You cut them :P

Are you referring to bell peppers? If so, you could stuff them. There are a lot of recipes out there for stuffed bell peppers, such as a wonderful cream cheese medley.

Also, when you're preparing them, be sure to cut off any white part. That is bitter and will take away from the taste.

Green peppers can be used in so many dishes.

When I use them, I generally put them in dishes I don't eat them whole (as in stuffed). I like to put them in things like spagetti sauce, on top of pizza, in a stir fry, that sort of thing.

However I prefer to use red peppers when I am cooking when ever possible because they are sweeter and I prefer the taste.
